Praveen Mantena helps senior and high potential executives create powerful and lasting shifts in their leadership impact and results. He has trained and coached over 1,000 senior executives and leadership teams from many Fortune 100 companies including Wells Fargo, Siemens, HP, Fannie Mae, CVS Health, and Google.
Praveen’s roots in leadership development go back to an early history in entrepreneurship that started with founding tech companies in the emerging web space in the late 90s and most recently selling a successful business in the healthcare arena. He has since dedicated his interests to coaching and mentoring others full-time.
He is an ICF certified coach in the tools of ontological and somatic coaching and a trainer of other coaches in team facilitation and development. Along the way, he has found the skills of emotional intelligence, authentic communication, executive presence and greater team collaboration to be the cornerstones of next-level leadership development. George Orwell once said, “an autobiography is only to be trusted when it reveals something disgraceful.” So if pressed, Praveen will also reveal his more embarrassing failures including how he nearly got court-martialed by the Singapore military for knocking a fellow solider unconscious while digging fox-holes.
He chalks this up to one of many lessons that taught him to stay humble and attentive of others in the best of times.
